Reiki
Reiki
is a simple laying-on-of-the-hands energy healing technique that is
easy to learn. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word
meaning universal life energy.
This ancient healing
technique channels energy into the body, allowing the possibility of
accelerating our ability to heal ourselves and assist others to heal
themselves. It addresses not only the physical body but the heart
and spirit as well.
Reiki is a simple, non-intrusive and
powerful method of treating others. It is simple because it does
not require the recipient to remove their clothes and there is no
pressure applied to the body.
Also, Reiki compliments other alternative healing methods like massage.
