Applied Kinesiology
This course
will involve the study of basic mechanical principles which produce
efficient motion, principles of flexibility, strength and endurance.
It will also include knowledge of muscle function and joint
movments as they pertain to practical situations that may confront the
massage therapist. Study of active and passive exercises combined
with massage to release stress and enhance the range of motion of the
joints will also be offered.
